I’m a Harvard Law grad turned online entrepreneur—but I’m NOT your typical lawyer. I don’t do suits, I hate legalese more than you do, and I have a bad habit of making questionable pop-culture references and dad jokes.
But don’t let my down-to-earth style fool you. I’m a highly skilled lawyer with over 20 years of experience helping business owners protect what’s theirs. I graduated with honors from Harvard Law School and was mentored by a future Supreme Court Justice. My credentials and experience would make most lawyers drool.
In 2017, I ditched the courtroom for the family room, building a business that would let me spend more time with my family. I focused my energy and expertise on helping online entrepreneurs navigate the legal stuff and protect what’s theirs, and before long, I became the legal guy for online business owners.
Since 2023, I’ve been pouring my expertise into a SaaS product called Plainly Legal™, which serves as a “virtual legal department” for online business owners.
When I’m not working on Plainly Legal™ or creating new content to make the legal stuff easy to understand, you’ll usually find me hanging out with my family, running, or brewing my own beer.
