A Speaker Who Doesn't Suck
Legal | Email Marketing | Business

Imagine having a trained trial lawyer with the gift of gab on your podcast. Wait… don’t run away screaming! I’m not your typical lawyer; I’m a storyteller, and that’s exactly why podcast hosts love having me on their show.

If you need a lawyer to explain the “legal stuff” to your audience, I’m your guy. I take the confusing, jargon-filled world of law and make it clear and even a little entertaining. Yes, I’ll explain contracts, trademarks, and liability in plain English… but don’t be surprised if I also throw in a dad joke (or seven) or make some pop-culture references.

But I’m not a one-trick pony. As someone who’s been in the online business space for almost a decade and who wrote a best-selling book about email marketing, we can have a great chat about what it really takes to build an online business.

Speaking Topics

As a former high school debater and trial lawyer, I'm comfortable talking about just about anything. But here's guessing you would prefer to have me talk about topics where I have a level of expertise. With that in mind, here are the topics most people would consider having me on to discuss.
Topic 1
The Legal Stuff For Entrepreneurs
As a Harvard Law Grad with 20+ years of experience and nearly a decade serving online businesses, this is my wheelhouse. When you have me on to talk about "the legal stuff," you won't get a boring lecture. I make legal stuff understandable and frame every legal issue from the perspective of the business realities facing business owners.

Email Marketing That Doesn't Suck
As someone who helped with people with he legal stuff, I had to make my marketing fun... and email was my first love. My emails built a cult following. Hell, multiple copywriters told me they saved my emails to their swipe files. So, it 2022, I wrote a book called Email Marketing That Doesn't Suck. Let's make email fun for your audience.

Topic 3
Building A Knowledge Brand
I've been building knowledge focused businesses since 2014, when I launched my law firm. Along the way, I've offered just about every type of information product you can imagine from services to templates to coaching to SaaS. Along the way, I've had plenty of success and gotten a lot of scars, which I openly share. My take on business building tends to be a bit different than most folks because everything I do is shaped by how I can serve first and traditional business concepts (not fads). Let's make business building fun for your audience.
